Location: Bolton College, Deane Road Campus

Hours: Fridays, 9:30am to 3:30pm    

Term: Temp

Pay: £19 to £28 per hour

Start: November 2024

Position Overview:

BTS has a great opportunity for a Foundation Joinery Tutor to join the dedicated team at Bolton College. You will be responsible for delivering Foundation level Joinery to learners aged 16 and above. Through the delivery of demonstrations, theoretical backing and guided practical learning, you will play an instrumental role in developing learner confidence and inspiring learner progression.  

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver lectures covering Foundation Level Joinery
  • Support learners aged 16 and above to develop their Joinery skills.
  • Create a safe and inclusive environment for all learners.
  • Assess student progression through appropriate methods.

 

 

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Minimum level 3 qualification in Joinery or similar.
  • Minimum level 3 teaching qualification.
