Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver foundation level barbering classes to students aged 16 and above.
• Support and guide students to upskill and achieve.  
• Assess and monitor student progress using appropriate methods.

• Minimum Level 3 teaching qualification

This role plays a vital part in engaging learners with Foundation level college programmes and setting up learners for success. You’ll be responsible for assisting with enrolment, tracking learner engagement and attendance and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist learners with the enrolment process for Foundation level courses.
• Encourage positive behaviours from learners embarking on foundation study and inspire them to progress and continue.
• Keep an accurate record of learner engagement by tracking course progression and attendance.
• Log and maintain data as a reference point for progression based conversations with learners.  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Comfortable in the use of ‘ebs: ontrack’  
• Confident with Microsoft Excel

• Experience working with learners in an education environment.

• Packing and collecting used towels and replacing with new towels in the classrooms.
