Role: Nails & Beauty Lecturer

Location: Bolton College, Deane Road Campus

Hours: Mondays 9:15am to 12:15pm, 1pm to 2:30pm, and Thursdays 1pm to 4 pm (7.5 hours per week)

Term: Temporary to 4th April (anticipated to extend)

Pay rate: £20 to £25 per hour

Start: ASAP

Position Overview:

We have a great opportunity to join the thriving Hair and Beauty department as a Nail and Beauty Lecturer here at Bolton College. You’ll be able to take advantage of the fantastic facilities including professional grade salons in which students are able to hone their skills. Combining the delivery of artificial nails training and beauty therapy teaching, in this position you’ll play a key role in inspiring our learners to become the next cosmetic professionals.   

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training covering Level 3 Artificial Nails.
  • Deliver lectures covering Beauty Therapy level 2.
  • Support learners aged 16 to 18 to achieve.
  • Provide a safe and inclusive learning environment.   
  • Assess and monitor student progress using appropriate methods.

 

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum Level 3 teaching qualification
  • Minimum Level 3 Artificial Nails
  • Minimum Level 3 Beauty qualification
