Position Overview:

We have a fantastic construction department at Bolton College offering a range of courses to suit learners. Bolton Talent Solutions has a great opportunity to join the team as a Roofing Lecturer. As our Roofing Lecturer, you’ll be delivering levels 1 and 2 roofing to students aged 16 to 19 and offering support and guidance to maximise learning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging practical and theoretical lessons covering level 1 and level 2 roof tiling and slating.
• Support students aged 16-19 to upskill in roofing and equip them with the tools necessary to progress into industry.
• Plan the delivery of sessions to ensure excellent learner experience.  
• Assess student progression through appropriate methods.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Roofer
• Teaching experience
