Location: Bolton College, Deane Road Campus

Hours: Full time

Term: Fixed Term Contract for 10 months (anticipated to extend)

Salary: £32,929-£34,877 per annum (pro rata)

Position Overview:

BTS and Bolton College have an exciting opportunity to join our experienced HR team as a HR Advisor. You’ll be joining a small team of passionate individuals, central to the success of Bolton College as an educational institution. As our HR Advisor, you will be supporting our managers and leaders to deliver college programs with a learner first and inclusive ethos. This is a generalist role in which you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills across the full human resources spectrum.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop strong working relationships with managers and key stakeholders.
Promote a learner first and inclusive ethos throughout day-to-day working.
Support departments to deliver on their goals through consistent and considered advice and guidance.
Work closely with the wider HR team to share knowledge of best practice.

Who we’re looking for:

Experience of providing guidance on a range of HR issues within a HR environment.
Personable nature with a good level of emotional intelligence.

An enthusiastic and motivated individual who’s not afraid to act on their initiative.
